1 on 1 Private personal training

The bread and butter of what we do here. We off sessions from 25-80min with the usual being 55min sessions. This can range from coaching with 1 session per week to 4 sessions per week depending on your needs and commitment level. These sessions are completely private so it will only be you and your trainer in the studio during your sessions.

All sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can be changed at any point depending on current energy levels or injuries.

Semi-private training

If you have someone or multiple people you’d like to join your workout this is possible. Generally speaking you’ll need to be around the same fitness level but that’s not necessary. Your trainer will accommodate the needs of each person and build a group workout that balances those needs.
