1 on 1 personal training

The bread and butter of what we do here. We off sessions from 25-80min with the usual being 55min sessions. This can range from coaching with 1 session per week as a check in to 5 sessions per week depending on your needs and commitment level.

All sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can be changed at any point depending on current energy levels or injuries.

Prices start at $125/session all the way down to $95/session depending on the package.

Partner training

If you and a friend/family member are around the same fitness level and love working out together then partner training is a great way to get the benefits of personal training with less cost per person. While you don’t get the 1 on 1 attention you will still get individualized attention during each session and outside of sessions.

Prices start at $200/session with discounts available.
