      <image:caption>I started working out when I was 17 and tried to become a trainer when I was 18. Turns out I didn’t know it all back then, and while I didn’t become a trainer until I was 28 I learned a lot in between. I still don’t know it all but I continue to learn about fitness, behavior change, and life in general. My passion is to share this knowledge with people to help them improve their lives through fitness. I have worked with clients from age 12-85 with all sorts of goals. I see my job as meeting you where you are at and guiding you to where you want to be. I specialize in injury prevention or recovery and mobility issues. Think of it as the next steps after physical therapy to get you into real working order again. I also have experience with pregnant and postpartum women. Generally speaking I like working with people who don’t have much experience with the gym but see the value it could bring to their life. Personally I like to do all sorts of fitness activities including strongman competitions and obstacle course races.
